AI strategy
& readiness
Work with users to understand the actual workflow, identify a useful AI opportunity and define success criteria before building.
USE CASES · PRIORITIES · ROADMAPSYOUR CONTEXT. OUR ENGINEERING. SHARED OWNERSHIP.
Forward deployed engineering for AI models and software. We work alongside your team to understand the workflow, build the right system and carry it through to production.
EMBEDDED ENGINEERING · AI MODELS · PRODUCTION DELIVERY
Close to your users. Accountable for the implementation.
01 / OUR EXPERTISE
FDE means Forward Deployed Engineering: engineers work directly with your users and team, combining technical advice with hands-on delivery in your operating environment.
Work with users to understand the actual workflow, identify a useful AI opportunity and define success criteria before building.
USE CASES · PRIORITIES · ROADMAPSCompare model options against your own tasks. Examine quality, latency, cost and deployment constraints with a clear evaluation plan.
BENCHMARKS · TRADE-OFFS · MODEL FITDesign and build the connections between models, data and your existing software: APIs, retrieval, workflow tools and observability.
SYSTEM DESIGN · APIS · INTEGRATIONWork alongside your team to prototype, test and deploy an agreed AI workflow, then document the system and transfer ownership.
PROTOTYPING · DEPLOYMENT · HANDOVER02 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
Start with your current stage. These illustrative engagements connect business discovery with practical engineering work.
Start with your workflows and objectives. Map potential use cases, identify constraints and decide what deserves a focused experiment.
A prioritised opportunity map and a practical pilot brief.
Define representative test cases and success criteria. Compare suitable models using the requirements of your product, users and operating environment.
A model comparison, evaluation rubric and documented recommendation.
Build a focused workflow into your existing systems. Test it against real operating constraints and plan the controls, monitoring and handover needed for production.
An integrated pilot, an evaluation report and a documented production plan.
03 / HOW WE WORK
One delivery loop, shared with your team. Each engagement agrees its scope, system access, acceptance criteria and ownership before implementation.
Work with stakeholders and users to understand the process, data and constraints. Agree on a concrete use case, a baseline and a measurable definition of success.
Evaluate suitable models, build the integrations and iterate with your users. Test quality, cost, latency and failure cases against the agreed criteria.
Deploy the agreed solution with monitoring and operating guidance. Transfer code, documentation and knowledge so your team can run and extend it.
04 / WAYS TO ENGAGE
Scope, deliverables, timing and fees are agreed in a written proposal after an initial conversation.
Map the workflow, assess feasibility and agree on a focused pilot with clear acceptance criteria.
A scoped engineering engagement to evaluate models, build an integrated workflow and validate it with users.
Work together across implementation, production iteration and capability transfer, with responsibilities agreed in writing.
05 / A LITTLE CLARITY
Founders, product teams and organisations making decisions about AI adoption, model capabilities or the software systems around them. You can start with an early idea or an existing product.
Yes. The FDE model is collaborative: we work directly with your product, engineering and operational teams. Responsibilities, approved system access and delivery ownership are agreed before work starts.
FDE combines advice with hands-on engineering. A scoped engagement can include code, integrations, model evaluations, deployment and handover. Advisory-only work is also available; deliverables are agreed in the proposal.
Create a short project brief below, then email it to hello@mythovra.com. Share your goals and current stage; detailed technical materials can follow once the engagement and confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
